Soon after getting pregnant with her first child, Annie Pecoraro was already contemplating the end of her future maternity leave and returning to work. Although she loved her career in consumer insights, she couldn’t reconcile the idea of not seeing her for 10 hours a day at daycare. When she unexpectedly lost her job, finding Le Village felt like the perfect solution - she could create the perfect space for herself to explore her next career chapter while staying closer to her daughter. Fostering community has always been a passion for Annie, and she’s so excited to help parents meaningfully connect with each other in their new village.
